Driver training is now under way with the first group now into their second week, and the second now well into their first week. All being well the first group of drivers should be doing doing their practical train handling using the timetabled paths tomorrow/Friday.

My son will driving the train for the first time tomrrow. On the Watford branch.
There are now three units, at the depot.

Member of staff told me today that one unit of S stock *should* enter passenger traffic on the Met Line on Monday.


No doubt the usual disclaimers apply...

My son, who is based at Neasden depot, mentioned last night, that one would be out, on Saturday.
